Please be aware that it is the passengers responsibility to be at the designated location and time in order to catch the coach no refunds will be issued for missed coaches.

*Terms and Conditions for Coach Bookings*

1. *Booking Confirmation*: By booking a seat on our coach, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. *Passenger Responsibility*: It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive at the designated pickup location on time. We will not be held responsible for any delays or missed departures due to passenger tardiness.

3. *No Refunds*: All bookings are non-refundable. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they can travel on the designated date and time.

4. *Coach Schedule*: We reserve the right to modify the coach schedule, route, or pickup/drop-off points as necessary.

5. *Passenger Conduct*: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other passengers and our staff.

6. *Liability*: We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused to passengers or their belongings during the journey.

7. *Cancellations*: In the event of coach cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to provide alternative transportation or a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.

8. *Baggage*: Passengers are responsible for their own baggage and must adhere to our baggage policy.

9. *Special Requests*: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee their fulfillment.
